Provide substance use disorder intensive outpatient treatment services to clients according to MN state guidelines, standards of care, policies, and procedures. Develop and maintain therapeutic relationships with clients as a role model, and demonstrate positive, proactive, and respectful communication. Implement a curriculum that addresses the needs of the clients. Conduct comprehensive assessments, treatment plans, and discharge plans and summaries. Qualifications include: Bachelor’s degree, current and active LADC, in long term recovery (ideal candidate will have more than 2 years of freedom from chemical use).
